Is it over 24 hours and a big amount of withdrawal? Indeed manual withdrawal is not really good, at least most gambling sites in this forum implements instant withdrawal unless there is special case on the request.
If your withdrawal is just small amount then it is obviously annoying. They should have better service if they want to make their players stays as long as possible. Usually, once a player feel uncomfortable with something on the site then he will not come back again.
