In gambling when you play to recover I feel that is your biggest mistake because it is not easy to win and not always you have that luck which might help you. So better to just gamble for entertainment and have a great time rather than getting into this and people who cannot control will become addicted which will be again a bigger problem.
That's inevitable when a gambler plays to recover. Its a big mistake for everybody but you'll never understand on how they badly feel to recover those losses that they've made. And to tell that to everybody it can't help and no one would stay with that situation for a very long time, you'll always think of those losses until you gain more as you gamble again.
In fact, playing to try to recover losses is one of the biggest mistakes most gamblers have always done most of the time and one of the reasons why they will always find it hard to be able to face reality in most cases. One thing with gambling is losses will always come, but before they happen you have to be able to come to terms with that reality that you have to keep your mind focused in most cases.

Now, staying so long in gambling by trying to see how you can chase down on losses made is always the beginning of a problem and not being able to at least stay without gambling for as long as you can is also another problem as well.
