I don't see the logic behind this statement.  Most ICOs shouldn't even exist, because they're either outright scams or based on creating a solution to a problem that doesn't need a blockchain solution.  The tokens fall in value because the people who invest in them are most likely not true-believers in the project but speculators looking to get out as soon as they can--and that has nothing to do with bitcoin.

What the hell are you talking about?Bitcoin is NOT a token.
Token, coin, digital asset, whatever.  The main mistake in the above quote is that the ICO market doesn't allow people to buy bitcoin.  It allows them to buy the shitty ICO tokens, which should NOT be equated with buying bitcoin.
