Probably you are right, all of them are having the same interface when it comes in the trading platform. But there are some others having different features or it depends on the volume of the price they had. Most likely traders want high volume and low fees transaction.
I think much better if there is a lot of exchanges out there so that there will be having a competition between those exchange and having a good service to have a huge number of clients as a trader.
