This spring and summer so many ICOs were conducted that it was hard to set the priorities of where to invest. However, even despite the fact that most of them reached hard caps the market suddenly crashed and the greatest majority of tokens dropped several times below ICO price. This is the case when number of projects did not provide for their quality. I think that we will witness this decline until the end of 2018 with a possible market recovery in first quarter of 2019.
