Suggestions:
- Create a email box on bottom for times when messenger is not working, most people do not know about forum and finding support email there.
- Have the messenger open to active players that are facing their first chat ban.
- Do not have support just put a person on ignore under assumptions they where wrong

C) I didn't understand this one. I'm sure it was a particular case where the support confused your name with the troll name (as you said, it was one letter, in a long name).

She said she didn't banned you, so the info she has is the one in the log of players. And she has to ask to other mods what happened. Give her time. She is a sweetie, helped me to configure the Seuntjie's Bot.
