If we can use bitcoins in our day to day lives and pay with every good we see, then we probably can use bitcoins to pay for our medical bills in case we get sick. It's not a far future to seek but it's coming. Since bitcoins are slowly becoming mainstream, I wouldn't be surprised that one day, bitcoins will be accepted in cafés.
