Now the ICO team actively promote the project in different countyries. They visit different conferences and promote the ICO there. Offline promotion is also active. May be even more active then online.

Where did you get this information? Attending certain events is certainly not bad, but mass advertising is much better.

Now ICO use different kinds of advertising not only online advertising. They visit different conferences and speak with potential investors, grow the startup in startups acseletrators and etc.

Exactly, there is no need for different advertising because they need to attend different blockchain platform in order to build credibility in the market in future their implementation should be helpful in order to sort out the problems. For startup companies, it is very hard to lead the roadmap but with dedication definitely, investors will have an an eye on the project.
