Мда, до сих пор не работают(. Мне на вопрос работают ли с USD прислали такой ответ:
Mastercard® is reviewing our card programme, an event that is not specific to ePayments. While this review takes place, we are unable to issue new cards.
We’re working to the timeframes of Mastercard and as yet, we have no clear date of when the review will be complete. However, we are cooperating fully and quickly in order to make the process as efficient as possible.
We will keep all our customers informed of the progress of the review.

Подскажите пожалуйста аналог этой epayments, чтобы работала на вывод USD с бирж. Знаю есть Epayservice, но они теперь высылают только евровые(не USD) карточки

но на будущее не нашел, каким банкоматом лучше пользоваться для более крупных сумм
