I try few times - 150K and 100K amount in one transaction. "Can`t create transaction" window.
only 50K max amount of transaction I can create than already sent it.
I sent three times by 50K and it success received

Well I'm a bit noob on some aspects of cryptocurrencies, so perhap's what I will say is false but:
When you send coins to another adress it creates a new transaction based on other transactions that feeded your account.
If your account was feeded with a LOT of transactions, let's says 1000 transactions of 150coins (which is probably the case with 150K

) then your export transaction will be huge (refering those 1000 transactions).
The more your transaction is huge, the more it will freeze your qt wallet, the time to create and send it to the network.
At a certain level, I can assume that the qt wallet or the network itself cannot handle a so huge transaction, which would create the error you had.
At least the qt wallet should inform the user with a friendly message that the transaction needs to be split.
