I would rather first have people to contact me via Bitcointalk PM(I accept PM from newbies aswell) so in case of people trying to steal/scam, it can then be documented and be reported on bitcointalk, otherwise I only have a telegram account, so that is why I ask interested parties to send their telegram username, so I have a relationship between their bitcointalk and their telegram account that can be documented.
The source of my asking price is my personal judgement of what I need to offset the price to make people interested, aswell as the current market conditions and what I minimum need to pay off what I need personally.
As what i can see around, people buying accounts, trading merits and everything.
Trusting random account and thinking having some conversation over bitcointalk is not really something you should count in.
I might be interested but that's high risk purchase with unknown team and not even filled half the ico expectations for coins spreading....

They are closing a few large investor deals according to Luiis(CEO) in public telegram chat so that ticker should soon be updated, also it's not automatic, the team has to signoff and confirm KYC for the purchases for the ticker to count up - the team is very open and transparent - they have been invited to large well known events and is active on telegram, twitter and medium.com.
But yes, it's the first ICO for some of the core team members (check their linked-in)
All their soft-caps have been reached, so no worries there. the 0.025 pre-sale price (during 'bad' market conditions) were almost sold out.
