I exchanged btc to eth yesterday through their 'fully automated exchanger', but - surprise, surprise - no bitcoin has arrived yet.
I have difficulty understanding, if you did exchange from BTC to ETH, then you should check in your ETH wallet, if you have already received your ETH or not.
There is a 'program' being heavily advertised on a few of the other sites I use:

4) Now you exchange Ethereum to Bitcoin using exchangers https://en.changelly.com/ or https://www.alfacashier.com/ on course 0.3045 ETH - 0.0095 BTC
So if ChangeBtc.bid is a scam, I have to assume the other ones are too. I'll update this if my coins do arrive.
