This is indeed very true. I have high hopes in every bounties I've participated, it's because some projects seems to be legit. And you thought the project and its ICO is going well and then to my surprise the project won't be going forward its because they didn't even hit the softcap. So it's means bounty hunters won't get paid and the feeling that they will be successful will be replaced with disappointment. No matter how legit you think the project is, always take it with a grain of salt.
