I wonder who provides the facts without doing proper background checks. Just sit at home infront of pc and internet and use google for research, email to company and ask their support about things going on at a different level, deals that someone else makes and someone else responding to the enquiry made about that who has no knowledge of all the internal affairs, service providers and links. LOL. Why don't you fly to ukraine and go to their office, find out for yourself. Now you are complaining about the official release too, cz you can't access few options, because its under public test phase. They are fixing bugs and other technical issues that show up.  
I wonder why you ask baseless questions without thinking it yourself. Also, yes there was delay. But do you think coding working products and creating smooth seamless interface for a complicated network is so easy , with blockchain being the new technology. Almost all projects have seen critical delays in time. I will give you an example, ethereum 2.0 is delayed after their failure, if you are atleast updated about the block chain industry. Now go complain vitalik about that. LOL. they postponed it to 2019. Seriously? Now go complain. People like you only complain without trying to understand or gain inside knowledge. Peace out.
