Yea, I sent them an email. I know and appreciate that right now is an incredibly busy time for them. I don't want to come across as a bitch moaning all day long but I am pretty worried because the circumstances seem pretty strange. I waited patiently during the ddos attack and kept faith. When the site came up back I of course expected to be able to log in.
Pretty worried now that I can't login with my correct password. Even stranger it allowed me to log in once and that's were the problem started.
The email address I messaged them from isn't verified on my account. I didn't set up one up when I registered.
From what I have read, if you don't have a verified email address linked to the account, they will not respond to you.
