You have the burden of proof.
You need to substantiate why Vod's claim that you lied is false. You have the burden of proof.
You're using a similar strategy to Christian apologetics in which they shift the burden of proof onto the one rejecting the claim.
While Thule may need to prove his case he can still drag vod into a court room and cost him money defending himself.
