I'm afraid you hit a bit of a short coming of our tuning with the RX 550s/560s 
. We only got a couple 550s and 560s to test with about a week ago, and we haven't been able to do much tuning for them yet.

I'll sync up with kerney tomorrow and we'll make a game plan for addressing the RX 550/560 tuning.
Btw, which cn_config setting did you use for the 550s?

I just checked, there's absolutely no difference in performance between driver 17.40 and 16.60, but 17.40 works for both xmr-stak and teamredminer.
I did default (2+2) and also tried 3+3 (same hashrate), 2+3 (same hashrate), 4+4 (GPU/driver crash). The RX 550 I tried were the ones with 8 CU.
The Baffin ones have 10 CU fyi.
