I can't get 4.7mh/s for RX580, I have Sapphire RX 580 4GB (samsung memory) clock settings are:
gpu:1150/850  
memory:2050/875
Power draw is: 115W per card.

With all this I get 3.9 mh/s maximum. Any tips how to get that 4.7 MH/s ?
