they have to update the latest version 2.1.2i we informed them since last saturday night we vot attack from ASIC Cryptonight miner working on EasyHash pool that create alternative Chain... and stuck all seed nodes
Like usually cryptopia will reopen wallet after they did the update and sync blockchain
