I see it fine, with the correct 1 merit requirement for Jr. Member. Either it has been updated right now (strange), or you have a cached version of the page that is not reflecting the current content (or perhaps misaligned the reading of Jr. Member with Newbie).The thread was last modified on October 26 so the information about merit requirement is correct prior to OP's post.
