Of course. All coin prices depend on the price of Bitcoin. Bitcoin has it's own market value & all other coins depend on the price of Bitcoin. Fluctuation of Bitcoin price definitely will effect on all other coins..
It seems to me that a very bad situation is when the whole cryptocurrency depends on the price of Bitcoin. Anyway, there are some moments when Bitcoin has nothing to do with some coins.
