Two days ago Vitalik Buterin announced that Ethereum 2.0 is "Really Not So Far Away".
The major change will be the transfer to proof of stake concensus algorithm (aka Project Casper). For those who don't know, proof of stake is ownership-based and will not require "mining" as we know it.
What are your thought about this?
Let's see what will be the situation after the release of the update Ethereum 2.0 but I think the ether is going to succeed.
