Seems to be impossible even at the end of this year. At this point wherein expectations of the recovery are thought to happen, but it is not, increase or bull run might no longer occur for this year because there will be no enough time for coins to fully recover from the continuous downfall. So maybe, we should wait for a lityle longer next year.
Compared to current prices and at the end of 2016, Bitcoin has increased six times, so going back to $ 12k this year is very unlikely. The market needs longer time to recover that price. When Bitcoin returns to $ 12k, many other altcoins will increase, so it will take a lot of money for the market to do so.
There is enough money on the market to make a 6k bitcoin price. Just for this us need enough positive factors that can trigger the beginning of rapid growth. That is how the growth and popularity of Bitcoin always began earlier.
