It only stops when  bitcoin starts to go up. All of the altcoins are following the price of bitcoin in the market and once the price of bitcoin starts to do better then we can start seeing better prices and the coins can stop bleeding. Right now all of the coins are in the bear and by the looks of the market and the movements, they are going to remain so for a while
