I won't be mentioning any exchange names until they have been contacted, and a decision made either way. This is partly because some exchanges have confidentiality requirements, and I do not want to jeopardise any potential listings by posting anything here that I shouldn't.

Regarding ASIC resistance, I like the idea that a person with a single GPU can participate in the network and get a few coins, and that those who have invested in larger GPU mining rigs get a fair reward for their services in securing the network. As you may know, there is a proposal to implement ProgPOW in Ethereum, which in theory will provide ASIC resistance. If this happens and proves stable / no issues, I will update the Ballzcoin client to implement ProgPOW.
