They need such team like that because with so many exchanges nowadays, big or small, they really need to work hard to get users and traders on their platform. It's a tough competition in the exchange crypto market. They need to gain the trust of traders and ordinary crypto users. Being a licensed one is already a plus but they still have a lot things to do.
