I've been trying to find something similar it seems like no one discusses this type of projects.

And, there would be no such interest from investors for a project like that. It's risky for them and not a reliable one, maybe it would be helpful if that software is only spotting good price entries via Technical Analysis only.
it may help by calculating volume change, search engines statistics like how can i buy bitcoin, exchanges bitcoin adresses, checking indicators etc.those may help but it cant calculate psychology, speculative moves nor effect of news.
Exactly! Traders psychology has nothing to deal with softwares, traders are the one who are the makers and the takers of the market, collectively, they decide the price action which no software could predict. I also think rumor is better than the software if this happens.
