I don't think that we can be free or stay away from fraud because there is no guarantee we can get 100% safe from the attacker. There is a risk of everything we do for our life, and it's related to other people. But we can prevent from getting a bad experience with securing the account we have.

Cryptocurrency can accepted in all country, but it depends on the government itself because they have the power to accept or deny something that they don't want. I am sure that in the future, there will be regulations for cryptocurrency that will protect the crypto user from the fraud and money laundering so people can be safe to use cryptocurrency.
