Everything depends on the price of Ethereum this is what is coming out from the update. They could at least take the token to exchanges and let the people be busy with it while many other people could become familiar with the project. There is no guarantee that Ethereum will be back at $500 anytime soon it might be or not be in couple of months. Dividends part is understandable but what stops them to approach exchanges that I don't get at least.
If they are going to wait for 500 usd I think it may take some time to get in that price and I believe they have the wise decision because if they listed it now I think it will going to be dump.
