Don't give up on ICO's yet. I think its much better to just wait and hope that those scam ICO's will come to an extinction. If it doesn't stop, I think it is much better to put your money on trading. Try to look for coins that were worth hodling and do some research. A lot of people are earning money on long term hodl so its the same thing as earning money on ICO but with low risk since the coin is already listed.
Unfortunately, this happens and very difficult to agnize it easy. The most important thing, in this case, is not to lose heart and accept this experience. Nothing depended on you in this situation and you do not need to fell in depression.
