For let's say x100 I think you might want to look at the altcoins that go under 0.10 USD right now. Wouldn't be surprised if coins like this would pull off easy x100 when the next bull market arrives. ADA, ZIL, HOLO have good chances to really make a strong jump.
The price is not what matters you need to watch the market cap of the coins and if you want to obtain those kind of profits you will probably have to invest in projects that have under a million in their market cap but doing such a thing is going to be very risky since the amount of scams and unprofessional projects among those kind of coins is the highest among all coins.
