I don't think there will be any change in the market in early 2019, because there will be no projects that attract investors, and the market will not change!
There should be a lot of change in 2019 because there is a lot of well-funded ICO's ready to get launched.
But this year there was already a lot of icos too that have funded but did not succeed, only few them now are striving hard to succeed, lets just hope that more new investors will come this year or early in 2019.
