Coinchat is basically dead, they've changed their name, and they no longer give out bitcoin. Would probably be good to remove them from the list.
but I have email from admin of this coinchat that after changing management they are active again and doing same work lets join us again but I never check but they are working with this name https://loquacious.cc/ 
Thanks for the report. Is there any Bitcoin being given out or is that one of the things they changed?
