you are absolutely right, only in this case everything is not quite as you say. Since this is a social platform, the user uploads the content and automatically becomes its owner: the content cannot be used without permission. Also, it does not require certification and registration.

it is not really. These rights are called economic or generic. Content may not be used without permission from the date of creation until seventy years after the creator's death (in accordance with Italian, British and American applicable laws) or in legal exceptions (for example, the so-called "fair use").
