Recently CATT price is getting down and down, We have come up with several plans to make sure CATT price raise, after talked with community, we decided to make the following changes:


1. 60% dividend to community, 30% dividend used for buyback, 10% dividend to company

30% of dividend will go into a specific buyback account. We will show the detail of this account every three days. and buyback will be everyday instead of Monday. We are sure random buyback will be more helpful.


2. CATT Selling fee change back to 5% during the event, this will ensure miner continue mine
