CXC just signed a new contract with blockcert just to keep its certificates and so forth with the blockchain company and they will be offering digitizing of all the documents on their blockchain which will help people reach their documents anywhere they are.

This allows government to just keep them on their computers and even there was some sort of natural disaster all of it will be saved on the chain. Basically these companies are offering amazing promises to companies and governments and that allows them to get bigger and make more money over time and they do not need cryptocurrency.
