the only way BCH is rising is with a pump. and it actually had a pump recently because of its fork news where people started FOMO buying because they thought they were getting some free money. long story short the pump wasn't even big enough to be categorized as a decent pump!
as its future, there is no future for BCH because it is a fork coin and these types of coins are always consider second tier altcoins with no future.
But this hard fork make me confusing. Even Binance said that they will support the hard fork, but they still not announce the rate for receive BCH ABC/ BCH SV if we have BCH in our wallet.
