I have a problem with this project, I will begin my story

I signed up at fairplay.io casino and received a bonus for confirming my email 100 TPLAY. (About $ 20)

I managed to win and run a wager for this bonus.

Then I made a deposit of 49.00 TPLAY (this is necessary to get my winnings) and requested a withdrawal.
Then I went through a full check of my documents on the website trueplay.io

It took 3 days and the casino refused to pay the winnings in full volume, referring to paragraph 4.7 of the rules, but at the time of my registration this item was not.
