Hello, none is kidding someone. Please check our Whitepaper page 8 Technical Details. It is a POS/POW coin. The Last POW block was 1000 and we have premined the 1000 blocks. After the last POW block it is not minable anymore. After the 1000 POW blocks it went to be only POS but it doesnt mean that we are 100% POS.
