Seems very strange and very SCAMMER like.

I also think, this is one of the pump and dump coins that will drop like a rock at a certain point.
The dev team did not even take time to change the commands for masternode start/stops like other coins do.

And no explanation to your more than valid question about the identity in the picture you found.
One might assume that all the other pictures were also just fakes.
