Hello, it's because OBXCoin was first implemented in waves platform and some early adopters have participated in our airdrop and bounty that is why they are giving waves addresses. But sometime in June '18 we transferred and implemented OBXCoin as an erc20 token.
 
Right now, we have extended the deadline to those who have not yet swapped their OBX in their waves wallet to erc20.
Deadline is until December 31, 2018, what we will need is their first and last name, waves wallet address, and their eth address to which where they wish to have their OBXCoin delivered. This is only for those who participated in our ICO.
