Not really. 1.3.1 nodes are a rare encounter. 1 or 2 people are still on 1.2.1 or even 1.1.1(!) though. Last time i checked 1.3.1 network had a hashrate of around 1500hs. Almost half of it being one of my i7s which i have turned off by now. It was just silly mining around 4000+ coins per day which nobody would take anyways.

Probably I wouldn't be able to figure out the issue by my almost zero experience about Mac though,
but curious how it doesn't work...any error message?
The message is that the macOS is not the latest one (which seems to be required). However, I am on the latest version (Mojave).
(This is just a generic message however that I have seen with other programs too when the software will not run).
Maybe it's basically a generic message to say "compiled for incompatible OS version". If that is the case which versions would have to be available to cover at least the major part of the macOS population?
