What actions should governments need to take and how individuals can contribute?
Everything was about greed and lazyness, these countries cannot be in their situation right now if they can work smart on their own without being greedy. Everything can be learn if they have the will to learn it. No excuses, there is always a way. Also, a lot of elites in the government not really concerned with their people but the money that they can earn in their position. Thats sad, it was hard to change the system
