Do i need to send some eth to receive blocks?
It s erc-20 token mining, so, you need have some ETH on your account - for pay for transactions.
If you set (in sedo miner .ini file) price of transaction to 10 gwei:
- unsuccessful transaction (don t get reward) cost around 0,06 $
- successful transaction (get reward - 25 sedo) cost around 0,21 $
