If you spent several minutes on studying the project, you would understand that the dividends are paid with the help of smart contracts so delays are almost completely excluded.
But the amount of the dividends is always different. It seems to me that it won’t be possible to specify such a number of complex conditions in a smart contract.   
The dividends will be paid periodically because their amount will depends on the number of tokens that you own. The entire process is fully automated.
I still can’t figure it out: the WP says that all the ICO participants will get some lifelong dividends. Will i still get them after selling the tokens??
