It's not about "country". Yes, most shops that "accept Bitcoin" will actually get fiat in their bank account at the end of the day, but they still accept Bitcoin.
It's about the payment processor. A shop can use such a payment processor that will allow multiple means of payment, Bitcoin being one of them.

In my country I've seen a few online shops that accept Bitcoin. I've already bought smartphone, monitor, router or tyres with Bitcoin. I've also heard that I can buy car with Bitcoin. Maybe I'll buy one, but Bitcoin has to grow much bigger for that..
