I met with a known lawyer and am going to take legal action to start an arbitrate since i clearly feel like our rights and contract with Bittrex have been violated.

Like i said it takes a bit longer to collect all evidences and to make sure a large scale of crypto users will read it.

Bittrex instantly gave back access to my funds once they received a letter from a well known blockchain lawyer me and some other people hired which was recommened by a business partner who is dealing a lot with lawyers and blockchain in general.
I and some othere were lucky to be able to leave so early as we lived in a country which were clearly not in their banned country terms (which they updated after freezing accounts) .
However the other people mostly ukrainians,russians,saudi arabians or foreigners living in western countries (biggest account had $1.000.000 in USDT) had to continue.
And yes you are right we had to prepay the lawyer and arbitrage cost for which everyone who participated paid into a wallet.
You wanna see proof of collecting funds for that arbitrage ?
