Why don't you try both? By the time the bounty is over and you get the reward you will already have the idea of what trading is and how to sell your tokens.
Enter a bounty campaign and in parallel try to do daily trading with, say, $100. If you think that you are doing everything right and actually making profit, invest the remaining $300.
