The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.

My opinion as an average trader and investor of cryptocurrencies on the holding policy is to always study market and never to wait for 100% profit before selling my coins though long term investors has the highest profits which also go with high risk so both are good but your capital mainly tells ypur choice of investment either long or short term.
