If you cam make it work, without all the hassles of a real credit card, I would think everyone would want one.
But if it is tied to visa master ect, nope. At least not me.

I was thinking of more like a self controlled gift or debit card that would do the exchange rates from a fiat balance you maintain.
Would need ATM support, and a good way to get that started.

Just trying to keeps the banks and institutions out of the picture. Or rather control of it.
